Udemy 退費/退差價經驗 — 快速又簡單

常常在Udemy上手滑亂買，

前幾天看到Alan Cooper的課程，原價$7,800，特價$1,800，就手滑買了。

結果今天再點進去發現竟然有$300的特價，整個傻眼XD

所以就著手研究如何退費了。

進到退費選項才發現原來可以部分退費，看來他們也很習慣遇到Coupon退差價的問題了。

退費方式：

Request a Refund From the Course Dashboard

1. Copy the course URL
2. Click Options on the right-hand side of the page
3. Click Request refund
4. Send a ticket through the Contact Support form with the course URL

因為我只是要退差價，所以選擇“Partial refund to match a better price”

 

 

下一頁填一下原因跟理由，因為沒有Coupon，所以我附上了NT$300的截圖，希望有用。

 

 

送出後，說明大概需要多少時間處理退費。

 

 

接下來就是等待後續結果囉。
